Cancellation requested 15 hours before the scheduled time will be eligible for the full refund (except the transaction fees). Cancellations initiated after this period may incur a 25% charge. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 Hours via the original payment method.
Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling requests should be made on or before the scheduled reservation. Customers are allowed to request rescheduling only 2 times.
